PAY & BONUSES:

$10,000 Sign on Bonus ($5,000 per driver) - Must successfully complete orientation
$3,000 Referral Bonus
Team company drivers now earn up to $0.32 CPM plus:

Performance Bonus! Earn up to an additional $0.10 CPM
Additional $0.04 CPM on all Hazmat loads

No charges, fees or deductions on Per Diem – we offer max allowance of $66/day
Pay raises evaluated annually – No Cap!
$ure Pay – you audit & approve your pay on each trip
Vacation Pay

MILES & HOME TIME:

Consistent weekly miles
Maximize Hours of Service
14 days out; 2 days home
Majority of freight is drop and hook – 99% No Touch Freight
